About Leadwell Advisory
I’m Adeola (Dee) Onigbanjo, founder of Leadwell Advisory.
Over the years, I’ve built and led my own organisations, developed community programmes, secured grant funding, managed governance and financial reporting, and worked across media, communications and organisational development.
Through that experience, I’ve increasingly found myself supporting other founders, charities, CICs and community organisations with the same challenges I’ve had to navigate myself; from developing strong funding applications and project budgets, to improving governance, strengthening reporting and getting the right systems in place for growth.
Leadwell Advisory is where I bring that experience together.
My approach is practical and hands-on. I take time to understand where an organisation is, what it is trying to achieve and what may be holding it back, then provide clear support to help move things forward.
